Okay so your are ready to have your hair colored. But there are so many trends out there. That it can be a bit mind blowing to choose the right color for you.

It all started with grown out highlights during the beginning of the financial crisis. It was probably the roots when people didi’t have the money to maintain their hair that started this trend. Now days it is still a gorgeous look but Ombré has melted with several other techniques and isn’t as populair anymore these days.

Balayage was the next thing and is one of the most important techniques done in salons those days. It is a free hand painting technique that gives you dept and a subtle blend from an deeper root to a lighter end.

Strobing is similar to the technique of balayage. It’s taken from make-up and projected in hair. Basically it means highlighting. And that’s what it is 🙂 highlighting area’s of your hair to make you look better and to put some focus on the features of your face or hairstyle.

You can also achieve the effect of a Balayage but work more accurate and precise. We love this technique because of it’s precision.
